Was a perfect base for weekend. Had unforgettable stay for two nights and three days and the weather was glorious. The breakfast was savoury with many options and the food was outstanding. The stuff was willing to help the entire time. The location was incredible right in the centre of Old Quarter.

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. The room was extremely pleasant and well-appointed and provided with comfortable chairs, a perfect desk for work plus a very comfortable bed. It had an electric kettle and a fridge, but the views were awful.
The room seemed a bit small.

Unbeatable and amazing location to attractions like Old Quarter, that was within walking distance of the hotel. What's more, it was adjacent to Ho hoan kiem lake & St Joseph cathedral and the shopping streets and a taxi on the truth journey too.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Great overall experience. Fairly clean and terrific hotel with awesome view on Hanoi and on the cathedral. A great selection of food at the exceptional breakfast. Unbeatable and amazing location quite close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The property walking distance to eateries and coffee house.

I recently stayed at Golden Sun Villa Hotel and had a great experience. The room was new and clean, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel is also situated in a very good location. May at the front desk and manager Jeff both spoke excellent English and provided exceptional service. They made my first trip to Hanoi a memorable one.

The deluxe queen room was perfectly clean with coffee, modern bathroom, a big wardrobe. Location: the hotel was right by the lake, markets and puppet show as well as the famous landmarks. Furthermore, close to everything in Old Town Hanoi.

The property was right in the heart of the city. Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms, the views over the old town were pleasant. The staff were knowledgeable, looked after us and was willing to help.
Facilities were quite modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet alleyway just steps away from the lake and St Josephs church. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Bill who went above and beyond to ensure all our travel arrangements were taken care of. Our room was comfortable and elegant, and we found it to be great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
